Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an error or defect.

If something arrives damaged or I've made a mistake with your order, please contact me with photos so I can make it right.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins.
