Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping within Canada is available for a flat rate of $10 per order. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin once your order has been completed and shipped and do not include production time.

Many Engravables Design products are made or personalized to order. Production times vary depending on the item, quantity and level of customization. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me before ordering to confirm timing.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Engravables Design is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from my home studio in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please reply to your pickup email or text (780) 920-2762 before arriving to arrange pickup. Contactless pickup is always available.

Shipping Damage or Problems

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact Amanda@Engravablesdesign.ca with your order number and photos so I can help resolve the issue.

International shipping may be available by request. Please contact me before ordering to discuss options and shipping costs.
