Returns & Refunds

Most pieces from Engravables Design are made, personalized or produced specifically for you. For that reason, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect with your order.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible before production has begun. Once an item has entered production, been personalized or materials have been specifically ordered for your project, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Something Isn’t Right?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved or ordered, please contact me with your order number and photos of the issue.
